Refunds must be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering; after that, no refunds or exchanges.

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If damage occurred to your rug, contact us immediately at 713-528-2404 or rugsupport@vbaf.com. Please provide your order number, email address, and phone number for expedited service. To help us resolve quickly, retain the shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged item for inspection by the carrier.
